A: The Results Real Estate Group is adhering to all safety procedures for Leasing activities. Applications are sent/received online and verified by phone call. Showings are scheduled accordingly and all safety procedures taken. Virtual tours are available of all listings.

A: The Results Real Estate Group is adhering to all safety procedures for Brokerage activity. Virtual tours are available of all listings. Offers are received online and verified by phone call. Showings are scheduled accordingly and all safety procedures are taken.

Q: What Brokerage is your team with?

A: The Results Real Estate Group hangs its licenses' at Realty Pro 100 in Orange, CA.

Q: What Title company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group uses Orange Coast Title. Not only are they a great ally, but they are the most capable company able to service the most variety of clients as well as needs, such as 1031. My agent is Kevin Mount.

Q: What Loan company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group uses United American Mortgage Company or WRG Financial (Wilson Realty Group Financial) for Loans. UAMC is a great ally as well as having solution oriented loans. WRG Financial is a fellow agent at Realty Pro 100 and awesome Loan agent.

Q: What Escrow company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group uses Pro Escrow, a non-independent escrow at Realty Pro 100.

Q: What Home Inspection Company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group uses Mike Alderson of Inspectall Properties. Mike, partner of fellow agent Sherry Biggers, is an awesome home inspector-both knowledgeable and caring of all parties involved in the transaction.

Q: What Home Improvement Company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group likes to use LBS Painting & Home Improvement. Lindon, the owner, is a very knowledgeable person and very prompt in his response. He does amazing work for honest prices.

Q: What Termite Inspection Company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group likes to use Associated Exterminators. Roger, the owner, is a very knowledgeable person and very prompt in his response and reports.

Q: What Photography Company do you like to use?

A: The Results Real Estate Group uses Moxi Zombi Marketing for all Real Estate Photography. Moxi Zombi Marketing offers Photography That Delivers with professional photos and prompt delivery.

Q: Who is on your team?

A: The Results Real Estate Group is a Husband and Wife Team, consisting of Gene and Ashlie Tsair.

Q: What is Gene's experience?

A: Gene is a Broker Associate licensed in 2008 and has experience in Buying, Selling, Leasing, and Investing.

Q: What is Ashlie's experience?

A: Ashlie is a Sales Associate licensed in 2019 and has experience in Buying, Selling, Leasing, and Investing. Her expertise is in Marketing, which she has done since 2012.

Q: What languages does your team speak?

A: Our team is fluent in English, with Gene speaking Mandarin and Ashlie speaking Spanish as a second language.

A: The Results Real Estate Group works in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. We focus on Southern California and will refer out for Northern California and outside of California.

A: The Results Real Estate Group works with Investors, utilizing Buying/Selling and even Leasing to optimize investments for the goal of creating generational wealth.

Q: Do you do Leases?

A: As a Broker Associate, Gene is the Broker of Record for Preferred Property Management. The Results Real Estate Group is the team that finds tenants for properties managed by Preferred Property Management. We also work with clients that want to manage their own properties.

Q: What is the reason you got into the business?

A: After college, Gene was trying to find a good way to not only purchase property to build wealth via Real Estate and manage it via Property Management. Not able to find someone that would take care of his family like he would, he started his own company. Now he treats all client like family.

Q: Who is your mentor in the industry?

A: When in doubt, I ask myself what would Blake or Mike Vartanian do? They are not only great comrades but fellow agents and investors to this day. It is hard to find agents not only knowledgeable but caring.
